If you are not happy with the Salon Profit & Pricing Calculator for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• Reply to your purchase receipt email from Paddle, or visit paddle.net and look up your order; or
• Email us at support@salonprofitlab.com with the email address you used for the purchase, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.
