1. Who we are

Salon Profit Lab is a brand operated by Adrijana Palatinus, a sole proprietor based in Serbia ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the purchase and use of the Salon Profit & Pricing Calculator (the "Product") sold on salonprofitlab.com. Contact: support@salonprofitlab.com.

2. Ordering and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, taxes and invoices are processed by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

3. The Product

The Product is a downloadable, offline calculator delivered as a zip file containing an HTML application, a getting-started guide and a license file. It helps beauty salon owners estimate profitability, prices, break-even points and the effect of business changes based on the numbers they enter. The price is shown on our website and at checkout. It is a one-time payment; there is no subscription.

4. Delivery

After successful payment you receive immediate access to a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will provide it.

5. License

When you buy the Product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business, including more than one location you own, on any number of your own devices. You may let your own staff and accountant use it for your business. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publish the Product or any part of it, or upload it where other people can download it. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

6. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase as described in our Refund Policy.

7. No professional advice

The Product provides estimates based on the information you enter. It is a planning tool and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your business decisions; please consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

8. Your data

The Product stores the numbers you enter only in your own web browser on your own device. We do not receive or store that data. You are responsible for keeping backups using the export function in the Product. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Warranty and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Product accurate and working as described. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Product is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of data arising from its use. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
